Optimized design of the 4TSQ-2 sugar beet top cutting machine

To solve the problems faced by 4TSQ-2 sugar beet top cutting machine, i.e. large structure, high power consumption and manufacturing cost, multi-roller mechanism for leaves removal fixed-thickness method was studied. Using five-factor two-level tests, structure configuration of leaf device optimized, scheme two roller shafts defoliation, shaft rotation speed 800 r/min forward 0.8 m/s were determined. Through working process mechanical analysis device, with slant profiling plate characterized a angle 25°-45° 20°-40° With two-factor three-level experiments, 35°, 30°. Compared machine before optimization, size reduced 30%, weight 15%, cost 25%, qualified rate wad increased 2.6%, push over 0.5%. Besides, each index met requirements harvest.
